She specializes in designing scalable, innovative learning frameworks that integrate UX/UI principles, providing curated libraries of on-demand courses and immersive learning journeys. Her in-person training focuses on scenario-based and discussion-driven engagement, fostering active participation and real-world application. From needs analysis to implementation, Laurie partners with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure measurable success through coaching, reinforcement, and behavior-driven outcomes. Degrees: Laurie holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership, human resources management from Trevecca Nazarene University and a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies with concentrations in organizational communication and learning and development from Middle Tennessee State University.

Certifications: Instructor/Facilitator Certification through Langevin, LLC. She is also a member of SHRM and ATD.

Personal Interests

Laurie enjoys planning workshops and retreats around yoga, floral design, and cooking. She enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures with her husband along with staying home and entertaining friends on their patio with their dog, Bridget.
