MY STORY STARTS HERE…
With 15+ Years In Corporate HR, I Wanted To Help Accelerate Trust & Build Cohesive Teams
2008
Completed my master's degree in Human Resource Management Services.
2014
Left Target because I knew I no longer wanted to climb the corporate ladder, yet I wasn’t ready to leave the corporate space. I started my side-business journey and started a new role at CarMax as a Regional HR Field Leader.Â
2016
Launched Element of Change LLC and became a Certified Co-Active Associate Coach all while supporting the Mountain West Region of CarMax Operating Groups; 300+ teammates, 35+ frontline leaders, 8 directors and 6 VPs.Â


2017
Piloted a Front-Line Manager 5-Month Development Program that was widely successful and is now used company-wide for DaVita nurses who are pursuing management development.Â
2018
Started a family and launched a podcast while on maternity leave, while supporting two DaVita Operating Groups in the Southeastern Region, 500+ teammates, 100+ frontline leaders, 10+ directors and 2 VPs.
2020
Grew our family +1 during COVID and was promoted to HR Director, while supporting $1B of DaVita’s book of business, a senior VP, 4,000 teammates, 400 frontline leaders, 35+ directors and 7 VPs, in 8 states.Â
2020
The Element of Change Community helped 300+ HR Leaders and Online Business Owners in 1:1 coaching and training development support.


2022
Helped lead DaVita’s Southeastern Operating Group’s roughly 4,500 employees through a major restructure. During this time, I was unable to find a role that fit my growth needs. I seized the opportunity and took my side business to my main book of business.
2023
February of 2023: I left DaVita as a HR Director and stayed on as an Executive Coach.
2024
Element of Change grew and hired two Coaches to support our healthcare & Retail community.
