Prior to joining Element of Change, Becki held a variety of positions in talent development with The Walt Disney Company. While serving as an Engagement Manager and Delivery Director for Disney Institute, she advised leaders of all levels in a variety of industries worldwide. This included a partnership with a Fortune 5 company’s senior leadership to elevate customer experience and employee engagement across multiple brands, driving scalable strategies adaptable to retail and contact center environments. Her approach integrates operational rigor with human-centered leadership practices to deliver sustainable results.
Education & Training
Becki holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Technology from University of Central Florida. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication at Winona State University.
Certifications
Becki completed a Project Management certificate program at Stetson University and is currently pursuing her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification through International Coaching Federation (ICF).
